A thorough assessment of symptoms, history and health, to arrive at an accurate diagnosis

What it involves

  • A full history — symptoms, medical, family and social
  • Review of previous treatment and medication
  • Discussion of what you want treatment to achieve
  • A written diagnostic impression and plan

How we approach it

Evaluations run 60 to 90 minutes. You leave with a clear explanation of what we found and what we recommend, in plain language.
